The standard iPhone keyboard does not have a simple slider that makes only the keyboard keys larger. The most useful built-in options are Display Zoom, landscape orientation where supported, and accessibility features that make the overall interface easier to see.
Use Display Zoom for a larger keyboard
- Open Settings.
- Tap Display & Brightness.
- Scroll to Display Zoom.
- Select the larger or zoomed display option available on your iPhone.
- Confirm the change if prompted, then open an app with a text field to compare the keyboard.
Display Zoom enlarges more than the keyboard; buttons, icons, and other interface elements also become larger.
Other ways to make typing easier
On an iPhone that supports a wider keyboard in landscape, rotating the phone can provide more horizontal space. You can also increase text size under Accessibility > Display & Text Size, although that setting primarily affects text rather than the keyboard’s physical key layout.
Third-party keyboards may offer different layouts, but review their privacy permissions carefully before allowing Full Access.
