An iPhone does not provide a general AirPlay receiver mode for an iPad, so you normally cannot mirror the entire iPhone screen directly to an iPad with the built-in Screen Mirroring control.
- If you only need the same content on both devices, sign in to the same service or sync the content through iCloud where supported.
- For a presentation or video app, check whether that app offers its own cross-device sharing feature.
- If you specifically need live iPhone-screen mirroring on the iPad, use a reputable third-party receiver or capture solution that explicitly supports this connection.
Do not expect the iPad to appear automatically in the iPhone’s standard Screen Mirroring list the way an Apple TV or compatible AirPlay display does.
