The home page that you use in your Web browser is usually a page that you want to visit a lot. Whether it’s your email inbox, a favorite news site, or a search engine, it can be beneficial to define your home page within your browser.

This has long been an option for the Web browsers that you use on your desktop or laptop computer, but the browsers that you use on your smartphone typically have this option as well. Our guide below will show you how to set a custom home page in the Firefox iPhone app.

How to Set Your Home Page in Firefox on an iPhone

The steps in this article were performed on an iPhone 7 Plus in iOS 12.1.4. I am using the most current version of the Firefox app that was available when this article was written.

Step 1: Open the Firefox app.

open firefox

Step 2: Touch the three dots icon at the bottom-right of the screen.

open the firefox menu

Step 3: Choose the Settings option.

open firefox settings

Step 4: Tap the Home button.

touch the home button

Step 5: Tap the Custom URL field, then type the address that you want to use for your Home page and press the Return button on the keyboard. Note that you can also copy and paste that URL from a tab in one of your browser windows.
