How to Close All Tabs in Firefox on an iPhone

Tabbed browsing became a really popular feature a while ago on desktop browsers, and that popularity led to their inclusion in mobile versions of those same browsers. This means that you can have multiple Web pages open at the same time in the Firefox app on your iPhone.

But eventually you may wind up with a lot of open tabs, making it difficult to find the pages you need, and even slow down the browser. While you may have found how to close individual tabs, it can be tedious when there’s a lot that you need to close. Our guide below will show you how to quickly close all of your tabs at once in the Firefox iPhone app.

Close All Open Tabs in the Firefox iPhone App

The steps in this article were performed on an iPhone 7 Plus in iOS 12.1.4, using the 15.1 version of the Firefox app.

Step 1: Open the Firefox app.

Step 2: Touch the tabs icon at the bottom of the screen. (The one with the number inside the square.)

Step 3: Tap the trash can icon at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4: Select the Close All Tabs option.
